THE HEAD AND NOT THE TAIL
Deuteronomy 28:13 (NKJV) And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.
When our Heavenly Father states that He wants us to be the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath, I believe Him. How about you? These things from the Word of God cannot be real to us until we believe them and say them about ourselves.
In Romans 10:9-10, it shows us how to be saved, and this works the same with everything in our lives. We need to confess the Word and believe it for it to manifest in our lives. Too many people just want it to fall on them like ripe cherries off of a tree, but anything good in life must be worked on.
I am always amazed how God did not make the nuts just fall for the squirrels, and how the ants store up for winter so they will have plenty to survive. In fact, all of creation has to work to get by in life, and we to have to work the Word if we are going to reap the harvest of it.
Let us not be lazy or fooled into thinking that whatever will be, will be. This verse says that for us to be the head and not the tail and above only and not beneath, we need to heed the commandments of the Lord and observe them. Well, the commandment that Jesus gave us is to love God and to love people, and if we do these two things we will fulfill all the rest.
So today, obey the voice of the Lord and speak over yourself what He says about you. If He calls you the head, then you are the head! And if he calls you above, then start living above! Remember, God cannot lie, so if He said it, then I need to believe it, and say it, and watch it come to pass in my life.
CONFESSION: Today, I declare that I am the head and not the tail, that I am above only and not beneath. What my Father says about me is who I am!

LA CABEZA Y NO LA COLA
Deuteronomio 28:13 (RVC) Y Jehová os pondrá por cabeza, y no por cola; sólo estarás arriba, y no abajo, si obedeces los mandamientos del SEÑOR tu Dios, que yo te ordeno hoy, y los guardas.
Cuando nuestro Padre Celestial declara que Él quiere que seamos la cabeza y no la cola, solo arriba y no abajo, le creo. ¿Y tú? Estas cosas de la Palabra de Dios no pueden ser reales para nosotros hasta que las creamos y las digamos acerca de nosotros mismos.
En Romanos 10:9-10, nos muestra cómo ser salvos, y esto funciona de la misma manera con todo en nuestras vidas. Necesitamos confesar la Palabra y creerla para que se manifieste en nuestras vidas. Demasiadas personas solo quieren que caiga sobre ellos como cerezas maduras de un árbol, pero hay que trabajar en todo lo bueno de la vida.
Siempre me sorprende cómo Dios no hizo que las nueces se enamoraran de las ardillas, y cómo las hormigas se almacenan para el invierno para tener suficiente para sobrevivir. De hecho, toda la creación tiene que trabajar para sobrevivir en la vida, y nosotros tenemos que trabajar la Palabra si vamos a cosechar la cosecha de ella.
No seamos perezosos ni nos engañemos pensando que lo que sea, será. Este versículo dice que para que seamos la cabeza y no la cola, y solo arriba y no abajo, debemos prestar atención a los mandamientos del Señor y observarlos. Bueno, el mandamiento que Jesús nos dio es amar a Dios y amar a las personas, y si hacemos estas dos cosas cumpliremos todo lo demás.
Así que hoy, obedece la voz del Señor y habla por encima de ti mismo lo que Él dice acerca de ti. Si Él te llama la cabeza, ¡entonces tú eres la cabeza! Y si él te llama arriba, ¡entonces empieza a vivir arriba! Recuerden, Dios no puede mentir, así que si Él lo dijo, entonces yo necesito creerlo, y decirlo, y ver cómo sucede en mi vida.
CONFESIÓN: Hoy declaro que soy la cabeza y no la cola, que estoy arriba y no abajo. ¡Lo que mi Padre dice de mí es lo que soy!
