Dear Partners, Worldwide, I bring to you my (Dr. Diana Brevan) ponderings this today. May the Lord richly bless you and yours as we go right into to today’s ponderings prayer and the Word.

BORN AGAIN

John 3:3 (NKJV) Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

We have heard the words “born again” used in so many ways in our world. People sing it as love songs, and use it in so many different ways. Yet the Bible is very clear that if you are not born again before you die, you will not go to Heaven.

To be born again is a free gift given to each and every person that has received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It is passing from death to life. You see, when Adam and Eve committed high treason, they were born again from life to death. Can you imagine that? One moment they had the very life of God within them, and then after they disobeyed God, death, or separation from God, came inside of them. That is why when God called out to them, Adam said that he hid himself because he was afraid.

Just before they ate of the forbidden fruit, they were in right standing with the Father and all of creation. Now when death came within them, not only were they separated from their source of life, but all of creation changed. Now the rose had thorns on it, and the lion did not lay with the lamb.

But Jesus! When Jesus died on the cross all of creation closed its eyes. The sky darkened, and the earth shook as our King and Lord died on Calvary’s hill. But on the third day, when He rose from the dead, all of creation sounded, “He is risen! Glory to God! He is risen indeed!”

So today, if you have accepted the free gift of salvation, and have asked Jesus to come into your heart, then you are born again! Your spirit is now united to the Father’s, and He sees you just as pure and holy as He sees Jesus! Remember, it is not about what we have done. It is all about what Jesus has done, and all we have to do is believe it and receive it.

CONFESSION: Today, I am a born again believer in Jesus Christ. I have accepted the free gift that God my Father has offered to the world, and all of my sins are washed by Jesus’ blood.

Estimados socios, en todo el mundo, les traigo mis reflexiones (Dra. Diana Brevan) sobre esto hoy. Que el Señor los bendiga ricamente a ustedes y a los suyos mientras entramos directamente en las reflexiones de hoy, la oración y la Palabra.

NACER DE NUEVO

Juan 3:3 Respondió Jesús y le dijo: De cierto, de cierto te digo, que el que no naciere de nuevo, no puede ver el reino de Dios.

Hemos escuchado las palabras "nacer de nuevo" usadas de muchas maneras en nuestro mundo. La gente lo canta como canciones de amor y lo usa de muchas maneras diferentes. Sin embargo, la Biblia es muy clara en cuanto a que si no naces de nuevo antes de morir, no irás al cielo.

Nacer de nuevo es un regalo gratuito dado a todas y cada una de las personas que han recibido a Jesucristo como su Señor y Salvador. Es pasar de la muerte a la vida. Cuando Adán y Eva cometieron alta traición, nacieron de nuevo de la vida a la muerte. ¿Te lo imaginas? En un momento tenían la vida misma de Dios dentro de ellos, y luego, después de desobedecer a Dios, la muerte, o la separación de Dios, vino dentro de ellos. Es por eso que cuando Dios los llamó, Adán dijo que se escondió porque tenía miedo.

Justo antes de que comieran del fruto prohibido, estaban en una posición correcta con el Padre y con toda la creación. Ahora bien, cuando la muerte vino dentro de ellos, no solo fueron separados de su fuente de vida, sino que toda la creación cambió. La rosa tenía espinas, y el león no se acostó con el cordero.

¡Pero Jesús! Cuando Jesús murió en la cruz, toda la creación cerró los ojos. El cielo se oscureció y la tierra tembló cuando nuestro Rey y Señor murió en la colina del Calvario. Pero al tercer día, cuando resucitó de entre los muertos, toda la creación resonó: "¡Ha resucitado! ¡Gloria a Dios! ¡Ha resucitado verdaderamente!"

Así que hoy, si has aceptado el regalo gratuito de la salvación y le has pedido a Jesús que entre en tu corazón, ¡entonces has nacido de nuevo! Tu espíritu está ahora unido al del Padre, y Él te ve tan puro y santo como ve a Jesús. Recuerden, no se trata de lo que hemos hecho. Se trata de lo que Jesús ha hecho, y todo lo que tenemos que hacer es creerlo y recibirlo.

CONFESIÓN: Hoy, soy un creyente nacido de nuevo en Jesucristo. He aceptado el regalo gratuito que Dios mi Padre ha ofrecido al mundo, y todos mis pecados son lavados por la sangre de Jesús.
